Ya, it seems to only work in IE, from what I've heard elsewhere.

It's the worse type of trojan (virus) too! They ding your bank account $150 before you even install it. Then they setup 10 shorcuts on your desktop that all install more viruses. Now, they are thinking about selling anti-virus software. Great business model!
