Coupons via RSS
Mark Woodman points us to Saletastic.com's coupon RSS feed. You simply create an account (yuk), select which categories or companies you want coupons for and they provide you with your own custom RSS feed.

Much easier is to use cookies, and a tag system. It could probably be done fairly easily using Wordpress and a plugin like UTW
