Microsoft has announced that the user agent string for the next version of the RSS Platform will be "Windows-RSS-Platform/2.0 (MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.0)".The platform will be used by Internet Explorer 8 to request the user's subscribed RSS feeds.
